Tool Network assures the full manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all products that are purchased from Tool Network and are supported by Tool Network’s Gold Star. Warranty.
Tool Network’s Gold Star Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential costs or damages, and does not cover tools used in production type work. Tool abuse or modification voids this warranty.
Should you encounter a problem with a tool covered by Tool Network’s Gold Star Warranty, Please contact us by email or US Postal Service, describing the problem in as much detail as possible. Tool Network will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide shipping instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and we assume no liability for their safe return.
Tool Network will use its best effort in dealing with the original manufacture on your behalf, in an effort to enforce the original factory warranty.
For defective tools that meet our warranty conditions, Tool Network will arrange for: repair, replacement or refund of purchase price at our or the manufactures discretion.
Tool Network Gold Star Warranty Policy is not transferable and is available only to the original purchaser. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany all returns.
