KTC pan splitter
This small chisle is designed to safely split the oil and transmission pans on cars that use sealant vs gaskets. It has a small removable handle that allows access to even the most confined areas. The chisle has three cutting sides allowing it to be driven in and then driven along the edges of the pans. Most Asian car mechanics have seen this tool at factory training centers. If you use a conventional chisle or screwdriver to seperate the pans, you may damage the sealing surface and/or the pan itself. This cutting device eliminates prying on the pan.
