Honda dealer mechanics claim that many independent shops end up with leaking cam seals because they don't use this tool. This tool uses the threaded rod to gently push the cam seal in place- even sets it in the proper depth. The system eliminates hammering or pushing in the seal by hand which can fold over a seal lip.
